 Well, I am very impressed with our progress, focus and team work in Black Temple. First 2 evenings in the instance, we are 3/9. A summary video of our first 3 kills is now up on Youtube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JWs3TexoG0
It is has been a really positive raiding experience over the last 2 days. I got the sense people were really pulling together with the sudden energy and effort to get the materials for Frost Pots, Harv discovering the cauldron ability, and the general help to ensure people were prepared.
The kill on Najentus went well and we did it 2nd try. Good focus, no ninja bubble bursting and general focus did the job here!
The kill of Supremus was hilarious. We got him down on 5th attempt but our energy was fading, with some issues over kiting distances (meaning he charged, killing people in the way) and a famous quote from Spammo about how people should never die in volcanoes then promptly showing his angel form at a volcanoe!!! We umm-ed and arr-ed about a final try at 11pm and killed him, with only 11 people alive for 1/3 of the fight. Harv and Drape healing, people quiet on TS due to focus and a general dis-belief that we took him down with so many people dead made it an incredible kill!!! A true Shades kill 
Shade of Akama took a bit of learnig on the side group killing but once we got the balance and the learning, was a really nice clean fight, and we got him down 4th attepmt. Our imba Lepi-tank once again did a good job and got great loot as his reward (no Xiao sadly - hahahahahaha)
Really good job guys, lets keep the learning close so we can clear 3/9 next evening we go and get Teron down as well.
